In 1977, Vanguard was started in McPherson, Kansas as a manufacturer of flexible plumbing tubing. Today Vanguard manufactures a variety of products for the plumbing, water service and heating markets in our 135,000 square foot headquarters in McPherson, Kansas and our Canadian plant in Vancouver. Vanguard operates a number of separate warehouse facilities, including our main western shipping facility in Scottsdale, AZ.Vanguard is a leader in the development of the flexible plumbing systems market! Hundreds of millions of feet of Vanguard's flexible tubing products are in use in plumbing systems throughout the US. Vanguard has been a leader in the promotion of the insert/crimp joining system for flexible tubing which we now call the CRIMPSERT system.
