Timberlane Woodcrafters, Inc. started in 1996 in Warrington, Pennsylvania. Our staff includes 55 employees, working in a 20,000 square foot facility in North Wales, PA. Every one of our employees, from secretaries to woodworkers to executives, participates in our profit-sharing plan, and a corporate policy of transparency includes monthly meetings where all earnings and expenses are reviewed together. This shared sense of purpose has led to an uncommon bond between employees, a sense of shared commitment, and an esprit de corps which translates into pride in our product and joy in our work.
