Fantech unveils the latest design improvement to its line of luxury bath fans. A new small, square housing allows easier installation of the company's bath fans and fan lights. The housing fits easily between floor joists when installing product in a first floor bath or powder room. Convenient adjustable hanger bars simplify positioning of the unit between studs. Fan motor mounts away from living area for super quiet operation.
The popularity of large spa-like bathrooms featuring oversized showers with multiple showerheads, whirlpool tubs and closed water closet areas has created a need for ventilation products that quietly and effectively remove the higher levels of moisture, steam and odors produced in these luxury bath environments.
Fantech answers this need with luxury bath fans that provide more flexible design options than any fans in the industry. Designers, builders and homeowners can position ports or inlet grilles in several areas of the bath then connect them to one remote mounted fan. Moisture and other contaminants are exhausted out of the building structure quickly and quietly.
Customers can choose fans with one or two 6 exhaust grilles. Fan lights are also available in one or two port models with either 50-watt halogen lights or 14-watt compact fluorescent lights. Fan sizes rage from 122 CFM to 263 CFM.
