The Maytag Epic Front Load washer and dryer laundry line washer's tilted stainless steel wash basket is constructed of tough steel yet remains smooth to protect fabrics. The dryer's DuraCushion Dryer Drum offers a cushion finish that resists scratches and stains and allows clothes to glide off its surface without snagging.
The washer is available in two ENERGY STAR-qualified models providing 3.8 cubic feet of wash space. Each load uses 65 percent less water and 46 percent less energy than conventional top load washers. IntelliFill Automatic Water Level Sensor and IntelliTemp Automatic Temperature Control, monitor incoming water temperature and minimize the amount of water used. The Sensi-Care Wash System adjusts basket rotation speeds for cleaning heavy or delicate loads.
The dryer delivers 7.0 cubic feet of drying space. The GentleBreeze Drying System uses diagonal airflow to dry clothes in the same amount of time it takes to wash them. IntelliDry sensor technology helps protect clothing by measuring moisture levels and a temperature as a load tumbles.
